Glen Brook Dam is a small picturesque Dam located on your left as you first drive into John Forrest National Park.

Things to do

Athough the water looks inviting, unfortunately your not permitted to swim at Glen Brook due to the quality of the water. However, the dam makes a perfect drop back for a other activities such as a family picnic or just relaxing with a book within a scenic environment.

For those into hiking, there is the Glen Brook Trail. This trail starts and finishes at the main picnic area of the national park, however it loops out around Glen brook dam allowing you to take in the spectacular views of the dam from different angles. Glen Brook Dam is located within the John Forrest National Park which is 24kms east of Perth city. It will take you approximately 30mins to drive there depending on the traffic. Note, there is a $15 fee to enter the national park.
